The entire festival costs 300 Euros or 260 for early registration.

Early Registration

This discount is for people who complete the registration by sending the form and arranging the payment before 15-June-2006

Cancellations and Refunds

The prices include non-refundable registration fees of 80 Euros.

If you cancel your participation no later than 7 days before the event you will receive your money back minus the registration fees.

How to pay

We really appreciate finishing all money affairs before the festival begins. You can pay by:

• Bank transfer* (Write us for our Swift Code)
• Western Union (Write us for the details)
• Cash (If you are in Moscow before the festival)

* If you pay via bank transfer you have to ask your bank to deliver us the exact amount of money, so you also pay the transfer fee.

Visa to Russia and registration in Moscow

Even if you are coming from ex-USSR country you will probably need visa to enter Russia. To get it you have to have an invitation letter from us, so please write us to info@contactfestival.ru after you registered or note it in the additional information field.
Also, according to laws of Russia you have to be registered with the local authorities. The registration is a paper which is required for all foreign nationals, it will be checked by passport control when you leave or it can be asked by a policeman in the street. This is an obligatory condition for you staying in Russia and we need to arrange it for you. It costs about 15 euros and you can pay when you come.

Discount Fund

The discount fund is used to support people who cannot pay the full price for the festival. Money from the discount fund is used only for discounts and never goes into our "pockets". When you pay for the festival you can add some money for the discount fund.
