«Mass in motion»

About master-class:

Level: fundamentals.
In this class we shall explore the basics of contact improvisation. Flying high, flying low, rolling the point of contact, balance, counter balance, weight shifting, passing from stillness to movement, We will use momentum and weight as a catalyst for lifts, and find ways in which we can ride the momentum created by our mass in motion.
