master-class
«Bodywork into Contact»

About master-class:

Level: intermediate.
Entering the dance through bodywork is a nice way to find the “heart of contact improvisation”, make a step from involvement into outside activity to inside listening, silence, and calmness… to open the dance in a new way. We will focus on establishing contact, balancing relaxation and effort, intention and letting go, activating and relaxing different muscles, finding a natural way into dancing.
Festival is the time of absorbing lots of information while learning, communicating and dancing. That is why it is important to take care of “digesting” this information. This class is for self integration in the dance.
