«Reach in – Open out»

About master-class:

Level: advanced.
By yielding our mass to the force of gravity we find the upsurge of support from the floor. By reaching outwards into our partner we engage inwards to enliven tone in the body. We’ll explore how we maintain a solid sense of meeting by extending from our centre to our partner’s centre. Channelling the required energy through the body we’ll uncover pathways to glide, fly and fall together. As we tune-in to the exchange of fluid weight we’ll start to dance in and out of contact playing with orbits and the forces of attraction within a galaxy of moving bodies.
